  1. I mean when he puts it like that. However surely he should be looking to his modern day black slave owners that is then leaders of the African countries whom have no issue absorbing wealth and not sharing it appropriately.

  2. If one group of people gets reparations, we all should get reparations, the British people were enslaved by pirates in North Africa, the vikings of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the Romans of Italy to name afew, they better get they wallets ready,it's only fare if everybody is treated the same.

  3. U all are dishonest and refuse to acknowledge the fact that uk benefitted tremendously from slave trade
    Colonizers paid taxes to treasury.

Look at Liverpool and Bristol. Became rich. Uk benefitted from slave trade period
    Go and read

  4. The King of Benin made a fortune outta selling Africans to the Portuguese. In todays money it would be around 154 billion. The Portuguese, Spanish and French were the biggest slavers not the British.

  5. Essentially what they're saying is "we've had nearly 200 years since slavery but because we're either lazy, have no ingenuity,
entrepreneurial skill or just can't be bothered to do it for ourselves,we need u lot to come in,give us money & build up all our businesses & countries because we can't"..utter joke, slavery was A GLOBALLY ACCEPTED PRACTICE FOR CENTURIES..until we did more than any other nation in history & paid an absolute fortune to stop the practice…but instead of never ending gratitude,we get begging,
guilt trip calls..unbelievable.makes u wonder why the fk we bothered?
