  1. Donald Trump immergin as the US president things have beginning to reshape in its compact form, Government salary earners are now surviving, Investment is now Safe, Him being Supportive in Digital assets has made Bitcoin and Crypto currencies to have a means of Surviving.

  2. "Prince Andrew kept a close friendship with a Chinese spy"…you know what you need? I know, speaking as an American and so no skin in the game, but I am also a bit interested in things across the pond (hence here I am)…the King should "do" him. Prince Andrew is already notorious for other unsavory things, and the monarchy is absolutely useless–it exists b/c 99% of its power has been ceded to Parliament. If there is any power in the Kingship at all, it should be this. Just IMAGINE the money the papers would make! It would almost make the monarchy financially viable for the year!

  3. It's up to them to do it, democratically, unlike Barbados, who was a little more debatable (since I believe a couple of surveys came out showing that some places actually had quite high support,) although that is completely their choice and as long as they're fine with that we have no right to speak.

But yeah, it'll be a shame, but I imagine they'll rejoin the Commonwealth so we can continue our relationship.

    Also, they aren't a colony…

    They've been independent…

Also. May I say it's likely Andrew didn't KNOW the guy was a allegedly a spy.

Perhaps he's just a really nosey guy?

What if he's just in those groups because he's simply Chinese?

Food for thought, up to you to decide there.

  4. That title is really… something. Jamaica is not a colony. It hasn’t been since 1962, it’s totally independent. And they haven’t “ditched the king”. The government has simply introduced an amendment to parliament. It’s far from assured it will be able to get through parliament, since that would require opposition support in the Senate, and even if it does it’s very far from guaranteed it will be approved of in the constitutionally mandated referendum that would follow. A lot of Jamaicans love the monarchy and even many people who are ambivalent or leaning republic are very dissatisfied with the proposed changes and prefer the monarchy to what is on offer.

Also to say that this is a trend that was “always going to happen” upon the death of the Queen is just… not true? Polling continues to show strong support in many Caribbean countries to continue with the monarchy indefinitely under Charles and eventually William. The Queen was monumentally popular for sure, but it’s not like suddenly now everyone wants a republic

  5. The adoption of republican status is perfectly in line with the attitude of The King and the Monarchy. He fully accepts this and obviously sees no reason why Jamaica and other countries who adopt the same route should not continue to be members of The Commonwealth, which is the important part.

  6. Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, are i belive the remaining nations who are a monachy !-of these i was expecting Belize to be the next to end its ties to the crown as Charles has far as i know has never visted it as heir or as head of state.

  7. No doubt Jamaica will still wish to continue to be a part of the Commonwealth and receive its benefits without having to remain loyal. That's a bit like a friend's with benefits relationship. All the benefits without the commitment. 👎

  8. Strech is grasping at straws there. So Jamaica wants to cut all ties and Andrews a nonce? Why is this Charles fault? If you're going to crucify him do it for something he's actually done. Like how his company Duchy originals pays almost no tax. Ever. Or how he owns most of the coastline and sea bed which makes the whole renewable energy cost that much higher?

  9. How is Javier Milei not higher in the leader board? He took office facing 25 percent monthly inflation, exploding unemployment, declining wages, growing poverty and massive budget deficits. Inflation is now down to 3 percent, unemployment is rapidly falling, wages are growing at twice the rate of inflation, Argentina is set to finish the year with its first annual budget surplus in a generation, and poverty is down from its peak of 57 percent to 38 percent, with all signs pointing to it falling to 25 percent in 2025. Moreover, approval polls have him as one of the most popular, democratically elected world leaders, only behind India's Modi. Milei should be far, far higher in this poll. What more does he need to do to gain woke TLDR's approval—cure cancer?
