I mean when Vance and Trump met with President Zelensky they wanted him to basically sign a deal to give America a majority deal in Ukraine mining sector.
So, while corruption, service delivery, high unemployment rates, crime and cost living are problems that need to be tackle by the goverment and naming of a street is not vital. American interference in our politics will not end well. Hold onto democracy and freedom.
Many people don't realise that while our goverment is horrible in governance of South Africa. There was a time when a large majority of the population like my parents and myself could not vote, could not live anywhere, could not drive in certain neighborhoods, could not walk the beach freely but had to stay at the part that was allocated to us, could not school anywhere, certain universities were only for Indian students. Guess what the apartheid system created a system whereby black people schooling system was inadequate that kept them only being able to work in factories and mines. Now days a black students can become a doctor,engineer etc.
