The Democratic Republic of Congo’s government says Southern African troops will only leave once M23 rebels exit Goma and its airport. Southern African Development Community (SADC) Heads of State ended the mandate of the SAMIDRC earlier in March, confirming the gradual withdrawal of the force deployed in eastern region.
