There are many jobs in South Africa but those jobs are given to foreign nationals including undocumented ones, it's happening everywhere we are in mess, all jobs are given to foreign nationals.

Having recently completed my own PhD, I can tell you that not many Black South Africans are graduating at this level—and even fewer are graduating in critical skills areas.
As someone based in one of the faculties, I witness first-hand how many South African students struggle to find supervisors for Master’s and PhD studies. My brother, you are misleading the public. There are not many South Africans with PhDs in critical skills fields who are qualified to occupy high-level academic positions.
South Africa must allow foreign nationals to help train their graduates at the highest level. If you target foreign nationals occupying senior academic positions, your universities will eventually collapse—because you will be denying South African students the opportunity to graduate at the Master’s and PhD level. In time, there will be no PhD graduates available to supervise students or to be appointed as lecturers.
We must employ based on merit, not populist political rhetoric. Focus on building a stronger, more inclusive academic system—one that genuinely supports student success.

In Leratong Hospital they took a Congolese national Dr Phanzu and made him clinical manager, the guy doesn’t have any post- grad qualification and no experience at all but a black female South African and a Black South African man were rejected despite being qualified and having post grad qualifications in public health🚮
