After listening to the words of wisdom my mind set changed from being a Zambian to be an African.
We must refuse to take their IMF Loans, World Bank Loans and work for our own developments as Burkina Faso is doing
It is discouraging that the DRC is unable to realise INGA I and II, the dual carriage trans continental highway no 8 from Mbarara (Uganda) to Kisangani and on to Lagos. Or Kisangani as central Africa hub port and Kisangani as an end node for Congo River shipping, industry and commerce? Prof Lumumba, do you really think the leaders and people of Africa "can"? I have not seen it in the DRC in 20 years? Nor in South Africa since 1994?
