One thing that I have learned is that you never apologize. Even if you are sorry, the enemy is not!
Patti Lupone is apologizing only bc of the swift backlash she received. Whether it's bc of jealousy or lack of professionalism, I for one will not be able to support her work any time soon without thinking about this unnecessary display of uncivilized behavior from a 76 year old person who should know better.
