A huge plume of Sahara Desert dust, stretching over 2,000 miles, covered the Caribbean with hazy skies and poor air quality, and is set to reach U.S. Gulf Coast later this week. Health officials warn those with respiratory issues to take precautions as the dusty air disrupts weather patterns and blocks sunlight.
