This is a joke, so what if he is disappointed, cry me a bloody river. The lady explained it it as clear as she possibly could. If this about foreigners being employed over nationals, why bring ethnicity into it? He is literally boxing people into racial profiles, and thinks he's making a point. By virtue of his own stats 10 foreigners versus the larger body of South Africans employed by the university is pretty reasonable. The education sector isn't a place to hire just any regular person, those 10 foreigners are there by merit, and everything they are doing is for South Africa and its people. But I guess this is the age of internet virality and 3 seconds of meaningless fame where people think throwing around buzz words can substitute for critical thinking and applying basic logic. This eerily similar to the JD vance /Trump interview with Zelensky. Be very careful of individuals who lead these so called holy wars with such uncompromising zeal; we need not look too far in to history to see how it can quickly go south.
