The real question is WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO BE IN ANY COUNTRY, THEY ARE NOT WELCOME ? If Russia doesn't want Americans in their countries, why fight that ? Why not go some place that you're welcomed ? And why go to other countries and brake their LAW'S, ? That makes no sense. The U.S has many many foreign nationals that have come into the U.S, and are not only braking U.S Law's, but are extremely Dangerous. And when you are a foreign national that is on the Run from Mauritania Africa, hiding in the U.S, and you are a WANTED CRIMAL, in your country, and obviously didn't follow the Law's there, What makes people like this really think the U.S will allow you to hide in the U.S ?
