How it should be done is now that they have the 250 million that is divided by 30% for roads, infrastructure, school-education, hospitals, then 70% divided among each man, woman and child, equally. Do this for 10 years. Each country in Africa that has resources. Every man woman child gets a cut of the bundle ….10 years will bring everyone out of overtly, and build the county at the same time. The state of Alaska in the United States does it with the oil. Every alasakan gets about 2,000 per month off profits from the oil, the rest goes to the state for infrastructure, education, staff, etc.
Good for Niger, take back what belongs to your people and country.
