He is the African version of the capitalist jackal, trying to normalize corruption
The steps are easy to understand as Africa must nationalize all of it's natural resources and be the very ones whom add value to those resources. Africa must be food secure and learn to balance the land preserving all the many forms of life found in Africa. Capitalism needs to be routed out as that is a system of mass destruction that puts profit above all else. African needs one currency, one army, one educational system, and one court system, thus kicking out all none African armies is a must. Africa must learn to say NO to the IMF and World Bank as those systems are meant to keep Africa right where it is so they can continue to plunder Africa's wealth.
One thing about these EU/Western powers that should be clear by now is they are but a society of thieves as practically everything they have they stole and they are very arrogant about it. Just take America for example, right now they are kicking people out from stolen lands as they move to bury the truth at all cost that they stole those lands from the Native Americans.
And we must remember who we were.🎉
Corruption should be abolished in Africa.
