Crazy!!! I just watched a video of a similar incident on a Caribbean Island where a guy was killed. Thank God he is alive. Praying for healing and blessings on the family.
I lived in thailand and the number of dead tourists found in remote island or in the city are not covered in media and you only hear stories by word of mouth from locals. Be careful when you travel. Countries who rely on tourism heavily will make sure they dont lose visitors and dead tourists are not in the media. I remember a story of a dead white woman found floating in the river in bangkok.
Don’t go back by yourself! Take some people with you or you could easily disappear! The Bahamas are a foreign country! You’re gonna need some help down there.

I’ll point a finger… two days before this flood, cloud seeding was done! A company that does it. See Christina Aguayo’s report on YT! There are no weather augmenting regulations. Texas must implement Senate Bill (SB) 56 type legislation. Those guys right at this table should be moving that at lightning speed through Congress! Every state should be moving equal legislation through Congress and the Senate to include our coastal waters! Because it came from the Gulf of America through before to devastate many states; FL, NC, SC, GA. Then they need to prosecute the company who did the cloud seeding. And the Fire Chief of Austin who could have helped, sounds like another Karen Bass, who knew more but said nothing and held back help! Same with the Maui, HI’s Gov, Police and Fire Dept! Same with NC’s Gov and Ashevilles Mayor! Yes, I’ll keep pointing fingers until our state governments can ensure they have our best interests at heart (not selling us out to cheap labor or our lands from out under our feet) and that they can confidently and more than adequately protect our safety!
How can that water be deep enough to snorkel only 20 ft from the shore. Sounds like they were much further out than 20 feet. Did they have any kind of buoy to warn people that they would be snorkeling in the area? Sounds like the moral of the story is don't rely on others to protect you regardless of the law, in a foreign country. I hope he recovers

I have friends who that lost their teenage son from a boat propeller. They lost their second son from vehicle accident in high school. Count your blessings and love your children.
