I think combination, my parents are from the Caribbean. A lot of our people especially the men were drinkers they liked there alcohol, our food has a lot of seasoning which has a lot of salt. Family genetics. We have heart issues and strokes even in our younger generation. No matter how healthy some of us have been. I also believe the COVID jab has done a lot of damage don't even start me on that.
The Covid vaccine has changed the immune system of everyone who took it. The immune system was God created to protect humans, but it was altered causing all these diseases. Yes…as you mentioned eating healthy, exercising and taking care of our bodies is important. It is not only in the Caribbean, but here in the USA, Doctors are seeing a vast increase in the diseases you mentioned, and others that has been dormant and were eradicated over 50 years ago. My prayer is that our people will wake up…

The covid vaccine is causing cancer and stroke everywhere. I say do not take the vaccine. She is Indian so why is she there? People the US and Europe have the same thing. They will never tell you it caused stroke and cancer. I am not sharing any tears.

It seems like there is something to what they are saying.
I think the chemical the farmers are using these days, for fast growth in food and fruits have a huge part. Plus the process food and GM foods. Even farming of fishes. Not good at all.

We have to start eating and living like those indigenous and hunter fathers, remove the toxic food from our food chain, the process oil the transfat the fertilizers the chloride and fluoride in our waters. The polluted air , the KFC and chicken and French fries, rum. Sugar. Lack of exercise we drive around in a car whole day and will not walk to even get the bus that stop 10ft away, the vaccine. Thrombosis clothing of the blood, our food, food is our health, we have to feed yourself properly, tomuch sugar consumption, tomuch acidic food, poor Digestion and irregular eating habits, we are eating tomuch these small micro organisms cannot brake down all that food we are consuming, people are overweight and overworking the organs of our body, poor sleep, lack of nutrients and vitamins, the label food is no good, the bananas and yam our grandparents use to eat had no labels but they bring wood on their head long distances they fork the land they walk miles eat most things but they burnt it out exercising, mass production maximization of profit. Globalisation industrialisation polluted the air we breathe, fashion cosmetics the cream we use on our skin, the hair products we put outside beauty before inner health, failure to detox our system individuals rather spend money running up their vehicles than themself, friends if we want to live we have to do things diffetent
