He has power over death and Hell. When you put your trust in what he did for you his finished work on the cross, the righteousness of Jesus christ, the perfect righteousness is transferred to your account. So when God looks at you he no longer sees your sin he sees the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ. That righteousness is necessary to get to heaven. Your good works, your own goodness.. your baptism.. none of that can save you. Following Jesus can't save you.. Mary can't save you.. your priests can't save you.. there is no other name in heaven or on Earth by whom we must be saved then the precious name of Jesus Christ!! the name of all names!! Call on that name right now to forgive you and save your soul from sin and hell and he will!!
