The Daily Signal’s Elizabeth Mitchell told President Trump that Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is encouraging “nonviolent resistance” to the potential deployment of the military to Chicago.
Trump responded to that, and also talked about how he’s seen black women wearing MAGA hats on TV who are asking for his help because Chicago is such a dangerous city for their families to live in.
“ You have people that want to see a safe country, and they’re great people. You have great people in Chicago.”
