As a Puerto Rican, this is sickening! Even if those people were drug traffickers the right and smart thing to do would've been to intercept the boat, arrest the people (who could then testify against their leaders) and seize the drugs which would then give physical proof to Trump's claim.
Instead this could be a huge international law violation since the speedboat was in international waters and did not attack the warship and had no way to prove they weren't drug traffickers or defend themselves.
Imagine if Venezuela blew up an American boat close to their waters!! We must stop these double-standards! 😡
