The sentencing of seven Chinese nationals found guilty on 158 out of 160 charges related to kidnapping and forced labour involving 91 Malawian nationals is set down for today at the High Court in Johannesburg.
Kevin Tsao, Chen Hui, Qin Li, Jiaqing Zhou, Ma Biao, Dai Junying, and Zhang Zhilian were convicted in March for trafficking illegal immigrants into South Africa and subjecting them to forced labour.

  3. They thought kidnapping SAfricans and exploiting them is a small problem. Right now in China petty theft is punishable by a life sentence in jail.
