It better be real. That is the area that holding Africa development. Open trade within Africa including but not limited to cars importing within the continent. Why are African spend money abroads to buy cars when the continent is already manufacturing them. It does not add up besides the fact that building abroad economies for them. Uganda used to help Dubi and look today. You can not compare Uganda with Dubai. If you focus on own people and country, you will build and maintain you people to better living condition.
The older I get, the more I missed my continent. I hope this news is real as most diasporas would want to come back and help others in business areas.
