It’s really sad to think about. I hope they evacuated the major hit zones…I wonder why they haven’t invested in large scale evacuation plans like Jamaican cruise ships they can use for hurricanes when need be? Use them for income through the year and hurricane backup for the season. It probably wouldn’t cost their government that much if they make money for most of the year… but times like this, it would be so helpful for them to have a ship to take them out of the danger zones and allow for more people to survive….
I hope as many people stay safe as can, the people of Jamaica need to be strong these days, my heart goes out to them
