When a US aircraft carrier arrives in the Caribbean next week, there will be 14,500 American troops in and around Puerto Rico.
That’s 20 percent of the deployed US Navy. The Trump administration says it’s aimed at curbing drug trafficking. But many fear something much bigger to come.

Trump is trying to distract people from his illegitimate status as a leader of Free people.
