USS Gerald R. Ford arrives in Caribbean Sea in striking distance of Venezuela



The largest, most advanced aircraft carrier in the nation, along with three guided missile destroyers, crossed into the Caribbean Sea on Sunday morning, the U.S. Navy said, adding to a buildup of U.S. military assets near Venezuela. Charlie D’Agata is in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with more.

  1. Um, wasn't it just 3 or 4 weeks ago venezuela had some pretty strong words for the united states? What happened? It gets pretty real when you actually start to think contextually about what the american navy on your borders means. All of a sudden mfs want to snap to attention and Show you their incredible culture. lol……. As a navy veteran who's never seen a ship, I can only imagine.

  2. Extremely simple solution … Venezuela can stop trying to smuggle drugs into the United States of America!!! Or the USA will simply kick their a$$!!! MAGA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
