The military oath to the constitution states that when orders and law conflict, officers have to follow the law. So, Kelly has been right from the beginning and Trump and Hegseth are wrong. If trump and Hegseth weren't worried about any wrongdoing they wouldn't be passing the blame. So if there is sufficient evidence then arrest Hegseth and put him on trial. If he's found not guilty then he's walks. If he's found guilty then he walks…into a federal prison.
