Isn’t this blockade considered an act of war and thus unconstitutional? This whole “blockade” is bullying by Trump to distract from his many problems including the Epstein files, inflation, numerous lies, unemployment, & increasing violence by ICE. This also gives lie to the supposed drug fighting angle to the whole Venezuelan affair which has cost tens of millions of dollars every day and nets a fraction of the drug interdictions already being done in the Pacific by the Coast Guard at a fraction of the cost and many fewer deaths. The Venezuelan operation alone may have killed more people than in the entire history of the Coast Guard.
