  1. As a Kenyan, I’m surprised by how much time the SA media has given this news item. You’d think this was a terrorist cell that’s been uncovered. Is this worth the extent of news coverage or there’s nothing to report in SA?

  2. uSophie is an AI. Or a Xi Xing robert. Or a lizard person. But a human journalist she is not. Why is someone so obviously not skilled in news gathering, reporting or analysis, someone who struggles with basic language and lacks the sophistication to communicate the very badic 5 Ws and an H of a news event, HOW is this person holding a very senior editorial role at the national broadcaster? She is an insult to the intelligence of every single South African who has tolerate this slop. The actual news story here is that the government is so determined to a) give Trump and his refugee programme the middle finger, ('We will not be boooollied snigger snigger') that it managed to get Home Affairs and border security to work on a public holiday (let that sink in), that it risked a major diplomatic incident, added yet another reason for the Americans to give South Africa the middle finger and announce a comprehensive economic sanctions against Pretoria. The ANC can't comprehend what US sanctions will do… The South Africa AGOA issue is in front of Congress right now. FAFO anyone?

  3. Africa…. Africa…. when will we grow up…..our BLACK SKIN is visa enough…we have to learn to allow fellow blacks freedom of movement , for Africa to climb out of poverty…..just imagine a WHITE man in South Africa has more opportunity on this black continent than a black brother from Kenya…..BURE KABISA…A BLACK MAN SHOULD NOT BE HARASSED FOR SEEKING AN OPPORTUNITY ON MOTHER AFRICA SOIL …BE THEY KENYANS, NIGERIAN, ETHIOPIAN , SWAZI…. EGYPTIAN…THIS IS OUR CONTINENT….STOP THE STUPID RULES

  4. Artificial intelligence quote

According to Stats SA, it estimates that there were 3.96 million undocumented immigrants in South Africa by 2022, when the most recent census was held.Jan 22, 2025

Hypocrites. It was just a show off by this terrorist regime who is antagonistic against "these Afrikaners" applying for refugees in this warzone where white minorities are persecuted and 31 years of white genocide.

Why not making a follow up report of internal corrupt "cadre deployment" home affairs officials and their involvement to allow fraudulent visas.
Here is a refreshing glimpse of internal cANCer.
    👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇
45,000 fraudulent visas were estimated to have been issued between 2014 and June 2021, according to the "Lubisi report".

Over 300,000 cases of potentially unlawful or irregular visa and permit transactions have been identified.

Around 120 employees have been broadly implicated in misconduct across the nation in recent crackdowns.

115 instances of officials have been implicated in potentially unlawful activities related to the processing of visas/permits.

At least 94 individuals are currently being prepared for investigation by the Hawks (South Africa's Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation), in addition to 28 others already handed over.

54 officials from the Department of Home Affairs and the Border Management Authority (BMA) were dismissed for offenses including fraud, corruption, and misconduct between July 2024 and August 2025 alone.

Eight of those dismissed officials have been convicted and sentenced to prison terms of up to 18 years.

40 additional disciplinary cases were expected to be concluded in the months following September 2025.

The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has been conducting extensive raids and investigations, which are ongoing, and a presidential proclamation has enabled investigations into all documents issued from 2004 to the present. These efforts highlight a significant, systemic problem that the South African government is actively working to address.

This does not include the corruption related to issuing of illegal immigrants being issued with identity documents without following immigration procedures and process becoming an South African "illegal immigrants" now suddenly citizens. 😮
    👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇
Criminal Syndicates: Post-1994, syndicates emerged, selling false IDs to illegal immigrants (e.g., in 1995, a syndicate was suspected of selling to 4,180 Chinese nationals).

Rising Fraud (Recent Years): Between April 2022 and April 2023, there was a 62% increase in forged document cases and a 356% surge in impersonation fraud in South Africa.

Vulnerability: Green ID books were significantly more vulnerable to fraud (500%) than modern smart ID cards.

  5. Start fixing the border fences and conduct some serious patrols. If the ministry is so serious about immigration.

    Key Problem Areas & Details:

Beitbridge (Zimbabwe): A controversial 40km fence built for COVID-19 was plagued by corruption and theft, leaving gaping holes and requiring ongoing, costly interventions, with officials admitting it was poorly done and not a permanent fix.

Mozambique Border (Kosi Bay): A 25km project started in 2018 was still incomplete years later due to irregularities and cost overruns, indicating systemic maintenance failures.

Overall Exposure: Officials and reports describe South Africa's borders as "completely exposed," with vast sections lacking adequate fencing, leading to concerns about illegal migration, smuggling, and crime.

Permanent Solutions Needed: The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (DPWI) has acknowledged that fixing existing damaged fences (like Beitbridge) is wasteful and is seeking permanent solutions for large, undefined stretches of border.

In essence, while specific missing lengths vary, the situation is described as critical, with significant portions of key borders either missing, stolen, or in disrepair, and no easy fix in sight.

  6. Didn't ICE raid the Hyundai facilities in the US and deport South Koreans who were busy helping them to set up a facility because they didn't have proper working documents?
Why is then an issue to the US when another country do the same?
Mind you the Hyundai issue was a massive investment injection into US economy, the US didn't care they chained them and arrested them. But no, thina we should just play along because big daddy Uncle Sam says so…😂😂😂😂😂😂

  7. I am a Kenyan who got a tourist SA visa and I went back to Kenya the second day of my arrival after I was robbed at gun point in Cape Town. South Africa is a very dangerous place.

  8. 😂 braking international LAW, this is an international incident the first such no ethics or moral respect for othe rations! 😂 Trump is going to have sommuch fun with the SA leaders over this! 😂 Get ready for sanctions!

  9. The racist officials abused South Africans and Americans taking thier pictures! Telling them they want to leave? They said they have everyones names and pictures and addresses and they WILL see them SOON! Threatening refugees?? 😂 Only ubuntu can be this stupid! 😂 Typical apartheid jealousy!

  10. What about the thousands of spaza shops flooding South Africa, they thought our minister was asleep ,South African intelligence is W I D E AWAKE BEWARE !!! BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME BYE BYE TAKING A BIG CHANCE OUR MINISTER IS WATCHING.

  11. Also dragon city. China mall.small street jhb cbd all those malls jewel city etc those foreigners who works there also must be checked course they normally illegal some working without proper documents not even having passport course is only for 90 days does not allowed anyone to work with expired

  12. This Kenyans were there working with U.S officials, they are U.S government employees, Kenyans are not that desperate to sneak into South Africa, like Zimbabweans and Nigerians…..

  13. It's very obvious which nation is creating strained relations between Kenya and South Africa all because it refuses to be accountable for it's invasion of Ukraine and cease it's war crimes.
May we remain firm against communism and those wanting to import it's backward ideologies into our continent.

  14. We've all South African's brothers and countries here in Nairobi we eat and drink with them some working some not working just helping them since they are our brothers.

If someone helping others in a manner not as you expected you better show them how go about the law but not accusing them of what you have been doing guys.

Kenyans we love all of you guys and never did you what you are making on.

We Kenyans don't select people at all, we love people

  15. 28-11-2025 Malema threatened to kill whites and Boer farmers yet again , infront of thousands of angry eff supporters. The anc government is allowing this . No other culture or group of people are being openly threatened by the government. This is a CLEAR OBVIOUS call for genocide / cultricide

  16. Thats a clear breach of law, you cant travel as tourist, & go to work, its not allowed, thats true!!!!, speaking from Diaspora!!!, kenyans pls dont shamw kenya out there, be careful

  17. This situation is deeply concerning. Deflecting from the core issue by alleging that Kenyans are abusing visa rules is misleading, as this is fundamentally a matter between South Africa and the United States. The individuals in question were volunteering with a church organisation to assist in registering Afrikaners as asylum seekers in the U.S. They had applied for volunteer positions with the church, entering as visitors while awaiting their volunteer visas. When these visas were denied, an official arrived to take them into custody, later misleading the public by claiming immigration laws were being tightened and accusing Kenyans of exploiting the system. SABC should have undertaken a more thorough investigation into the matter.

  18. Yet our Kenya is visa free to all. South Africans you need to set your priorities right. You would rather have white people in your country than black people. Other african nations are going to overtake you soon especially Kenya by far so stop the selfishness and open you borders to black people just like Europe but if you want to seclude yourselves and follow the white people's advice then when their economies fall which is the future you will be victims

  19. Continue creating enemity with all black nations then we will see what comes out of it. White people embrace one another while they taught black people to hate one another. How many illegal whites have you arrested? Be cautious because only black nations can help you when the whites want to grab your country. No wonder the African Union is very ineffective because we are not united by race while others are and that's how they get rich by our minerals.

  20. Kenya is the most generous countries because we have most nationals as refugees. Instead, of the long talk just cancels those easy silly laws and continue opening to white people and close for africans . What you dont know is Africa is rising. South africa continue sleeping in class soon you will be begging for relationships from other black nations but we will have moved on to other things.Funny enough kenya's news rooms has completely ignored this matter😂😂😂
