Russian and African leaders are looking to turn dialogue into concrete action as foreign ministers meet in Cairo to expand cooperation across multiple sectors. Opening the Second Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said leaders on both sides expect the meeting to deliver constructive, agreed proposals to deepen the partnership.
