Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger have established the United Force of the Alliance of Sahel States, modelled after NATO, to combat Islamist insurgency and terrorism. Launched at an air base in Bamako, the alliance comprises 5,000 troops and will utilize combined air power, intelligence sharing, and coordinated ground operations. Commanded by Burkinabe General Daouda Traore, its headquarters is in Niamey, Niger. The alliance aims to assert control over regional security, criticizing past French military interventions. Both Mali and Burkina Faso have withdrawn from ECOWAS and the International Criminal Court, amid growing international pressure, as terrorist violence escalates in the region.

The best thing the AES could do right now is continue its developments while gaining influence over other African countries, similar to how Russia has influence over Belarus and other Post Soviet countries like Kazakhstan. That way, they will grow stronger and become Africa’s first superpower and influence the decision of the majority of the continent. And that way, African countries will be more in line with AES/Pan African interests rather than licking the boots of former colonial masters like France and UK.
I wish Guinea aligned with them as well. AES would have unlimited port access and that would definitely boost all of the countries economies. But the problem is Guinea president is kinda tied with France so we don’t know whether he really works for the people or France. I’d suggest Senegal too but Senegalese president pretends to be anti France yet he still wants alliance with them, while the Prime Minister is completely anti France and that is causing a rift within the Senegalese government.
The new future of Africa Sahel state can stand it.. and it's good decision that they witdraw ICC membership that court is a useless garbage
