Don't interfere in culture. Our culture has got far worse remenants of such barbarism.
Example the birth place of child sacrifice and also head hunting maneaters.
Even when it goes "right", it's removing 20,000 of the 26,000 nerve endings in the member, and this is before considering 200+ boys die each year to this barbarism and countless more live with issues to their sexual function such as skin bridges and painful erections from too-tight cuts. Just ban it already. Come on India be brave, ban infant genital cutting.
