In a major breaking development, a new coup attempt aimed at overthrowing — and allegedly assassinating — President Ibrahim Traoré has failed.
According to emerging reports, this marks the 20th attempt to remove Traoré since taking power.

I pray for Traore regularly. Although I'm from far away Singapore, but we have solidarity with those who care for Africa and Africans. They will not succeed. God is with Burkino Faso.
