These naval maneuvers are just a cover to load Russian ships with tech that should be sanctioned.
Few know that South Africa has been usurped by Washington since registered on Wall Street in 2012. Since then South Africa is owned and 'controlled' by the USA. USA has placed their cronies in South Africa as part of their regime change "scorce earth" policy. South Africa of today is thus no longer controlled from inside but from outside. Hence the harsh treatment from big boss America if SAfrica attempts to claim sovereignty or sever itself from US hegemony via the USD. Our best way out of this stronghold is thus change of status from SA country under national governance to "international status as country that associates with other countries" as per the BRICS+ conglomerate.
That's a powerful change "upwards" since USA cannot manipulate or control SA as part of BRICS!
