The only non-Latin American troops present in Latim America since 1865 were were and are from the USA. Even the few European colonies left have no relevant military forces, but for the Falkland Islands. Even in WWII the French and British let the USA defend all the Western Hemisphere with whatever locals that would help them. No other gringos ever came here but for tourism.
