E.g. this caption, comparing Burkina Faso to dubai (now that BF is advancing). Why cant Burkina Faso be comparied to an Afrikan country? While claiming Afrika's autonomy, agency, sovereignty, and Pan-Afrikanism you still look outside Afrika and Afrikan countries for greatness!!
