BREAKING: US forces seize 7th oil tanker in Caribbean Sea

US Southern Command seized the seventh sanctioned tanker in the Caribbean Sea. Central Command posted on X: “Through #OpSouthernSpear, the @DeptofWar
is unwavering in its mission to crush illicit activity in the Western Hemisphere in partnership with @USCG,@DHSgov and@TheJusticeDept
.This morning, U.S. military forces, in support of the Department of Homeland Security, apprehended Motor Vessel Sagitta without incident. The apprehension of another tanker operating in defiance of President Trump’s established quarantine of sanctioned vessels in the Caribbean demonstrates our resolve to ensure that the only oil leaving Venezuela will be oil that is coordinated properly and lawfully. As the joint force operates in the Western Hemisphere, we reaffirm that the security of the American people is paramount, demonstrating our commitment to safety and stability.
These operations are backed by the full power our elite joint force team deployed in the Caribbean.”

  1. That is seven in a row. This vessel has a Liberian registry but a Hong Kong flag. I have a feeling both of them are fake. Putin is known to falsify paperwork and flag vessels to NATO nations, which means this vessel is registered to Russia and to Iran which means Shadow Vessel. Take it out!

  2. The Washington State Environmental and Land Use Hearings Office has facilitated and assisted in the illegal seizure of a federally titled vessel, the STERLING AX699316822419, which was stolen on the 10th of March 2022 and therefore moved in violation of Federal Boarding Policy and Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution governing over federally titled vessels and ownership rights.

The marina business known as the Port of Seattle gave fraudulent statement to this State department claiming my boat was abandoned because the mooring paperwork had not been handed in after I bought the STERLING from a fishing company which had her docked there; when in fact they had refused my paperwork because I didn't have insurance yet and their company policy required a $300K policy. Insurance is not a legal requirement for privately owned vessels and not having any isn't a legitimate reason to deny safe harbor and mooring rights.

I submitted an appeal to the State, and after the preliminary hearing on the 8th of February 2022, a hearing date was set for the 11th of March 2022. The Port of Seattle then gave false statement to the Seattle Police Department claiming that the State said my boat was theirs on 8/2/22 during the preliminary hearing which is a lie and they tried to have me arrested for breaking and entering and trespassing on the 16th of February 2022. The police verified my federal title of ownership and admitted that they didn't have jurisdiction and left. This attempt on my property was then reported to the State, who replied in writing, stating that they had not given permission over my federal title, nor did they have jurisdiction to do so. The Port of Seattle committed lied.

The Port of Seattle then took illegal possession of my boat on the 10th of March 2022 and did so without permission or authorization and in spite of the State's verification that they did not have authority to do so. They acted alone and without police or the Coast Guard present.

This incident was reported to the police, the Coast Guard, and this State department, and the criminal acts have been disregarded and ignored at my expense and in disregard of federal law. I have the current and legally standing federal title of ownership in hand, indicating to the fact that federal policy and procedures have been violated in a repugnant move against Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution and federal maritime law in regards to title requirements. This State department then paid over $200K of taxpayer money out to the Port of Seattle who demolished my live aboard home and sold off the parts. Washington State then tried to come after me for the debt and sold the collections account off to a collection company while claiming it was legally standing when it isn't. The collections company tried collecting at over $250K, including collections fees, and were denied because I have the legally standing federal title of ownership in hand.

The Department of Homeland Security has sole jurisdiction over federally titled vessels, and no State or City department has jurisdiction over and above them.

This department has assisted in and facilitated the act of piracy.

The STERLING was sound and had recently been overhauled and remodeled in 2003 with an updated kitchen, living quarters and a new '78 Caterpillar Turbo-diesel and aluminum pilot house. The local Marine Mechanic Shop I had hired confirmed that it didn't even need its first oil change yet. Besides a new set of batteries that were due, it had a minor kitchen ceiling leak, which was cosmetic, and a weight mismanagement issue due to one fuel tank being empty while the other was full. This was a fully restored classic built in the Seattle area, which served the people without fail. It deserved better than falling victim to a boat chop shop.

The Port of Seattle boarded the STERLING illegally and broke in to take control, then towed her away with another vessel at which time both vessels were adrift and therefore an act of piracy has been committed.

  3. Don't trust the Coast Guard. 4. Good. About time all the world’s bad actors were reined in. Yes, the USA has also been infiltrated by many of these bad actors but glad the American PEOPLE elected someone who says NOT ON MY WATCH!!! 🇺🇸 🗽

  5. Transsexual Trump did not commit piracy to make the price of oil cheaper, only a brain dead zombie could come up with something like that. Now transsexual Trump can raise the price of oil sky high and profit from all that stolen oil.
