South African producers have been supplying to China for years, we have just been suffering under the excessively high Chinese tariffs. So not sure what the analyst is talking about. At least the American and European markets have lower tariffs.
Actually South Africa has been doing business with China since 1800s' so in many ways the old process of business is more stable than the new One Americas Accord
Europe should sign a free trade deal with China. This is the way get ride of out of date industry and rebuild new ones
