Opposition called for this along time ago. My concern here is the Government did such a poor job with the police force and now they want to employ the Army, what makes anyone think that will be any better. Sort out government corruption, employ more police and train them better, sort out police corruption, do more to make investors want to invest here, fix the failing infrastructure. Government has a poor track record with the railways, the post office, the national airline, the electricity and water infrastructure. I hope for the best but they haven't left me feeling confident.
