There is a significant gap between the reality on the ground and the digital narrative. Much of what is labeled as 'conflict' in Amhara and Oromia is actually isolated banditry, amplified by content creators who prioritize monetization and engagement over accuracy. In gambella or Afar it is an incident, not a conflict. In Tigray, The Junta's won't dare to start any conflict. Just a bluff
There's a lot that unites Africa than what divides us. It pains me that we almost always settle for the latter, hence unending wars. For how long shall we be doing this? Arise Africa. Pursue PEACE 🕊️!
I genuinely believe Ethiopia lost access to the red Sea unfairly. I also believe trying to regain it by force will be unwise decision. I hope both countries will sort out their differences peacefully rather than through devastating war.
The main victims of Tigray war were Amharas-they were attacked by both TPLF and PP of Abiy. Still large scale genocidal war is going on in Amhara lands. Drones and artillary including jet fighters used by PP to bombard civillians of Amharas. But BBC never mentions about Amhara. Historically BBC reporters seem to remain spokespersons of TPLF disregarding professional journalism.
Every small country being attacked by a large country, the small country attaccks the large country's energy infrastructure. Eritrea will attack the energy infrastructure of Ethiopia. Eritrea will attack Ethiopia's largest dam in Africa.
Why not sell Ethiopia a two mile wide corridor at the Red Sea?
