Firstly let's differentiate Chinese nationals from official Chinese government and Ghanaian government dealings, there is a major difference. There are crooks of every country willing to go against laws to conduct business illegally in different countries. There are also Ghanaians in China conducting illegal business activities and it isn't the Ghanaian government's fault. The sensitive issue is it being turned into a government involved issue when it is not. The perpetrators should be prosecuted to the full extent no matter their nationality..
