Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala could be preparing to expose some of South Africa’s most powerful figures.
According to The Sunday Times, the attempted murder accused is reportedly negotiating a plea deal with the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC), offering explosive information in exchange for leniency in a corruption trial.

Good idee cat. Why sit alone in jail. Write a private letter with all the coruption friends names and what they guilty off. Have a copy on video and taped. Seeled .
