  1. It kinda sounds like this portion of the community incorrectly thinks every white person thinks and acts like them and they're ironically enraged by that.

  2. While some of us are lamenting the destruction of two young lives, the worst people and the worst rhetoric play out in public from both directions. There is not a crumb of decency to be found among them, not even from those who call themselves 'Christians'.

  3. Nothing much changes, back in the 80's I attended college
. One day a professor got into a minor verbal altercation with a black student the student came back the next day with a gun and shot the professor. Fortunately, he was as bad of a shot as he was a student.

  4. I wonder if Brad’s gonna address Austin Metcalf’s father’s recent outburst (the words ‘watermelon felon’ were mentioned), since he condemned that guy on X for saying ‘chimp out’?

  5. It’s totally possible these people saying the jury was all white don’t actually know the racial makeup of the jury, but, there’s also a lot of black people that view everyone whole isn’t black as white.

  6. I agree with everything you said apart from the last bit, you have got that backwards. The family initially hired private defence attorney Mike Howard to represent Karmelo after he was charged with the April 2025 fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf. However, as the case moved closer to trial, Karmelo's father stated that the family could no longer afford private legal fees. The court later determined that Karmelo qualified for court-appointed counsel due to indigency and appointed him a court-appointed lawyer. This is why people are saying where did money go they raised nearly 700k and that money could have be used to make his defence stronger but they chose not to spend any of that money which resulted in a weaker defence.

  7. You Americans are wakkadodle😅 Im a descendent, not direct ofcourse, from danish kings in 1600-centery,am I of royal blood? If I take that black man’s ‘logic’ I can be HRH😅

  8. I finally saw a pic of the knife from a different video. In my mind I was thinking it was a small pocketknife. It looks like a hunting knife (just smaller). What life is he living needing something like that?

  9. Ngl im feel convicted and angry at the whole situation. Overall though I think the outcome was a just one… be it a sad one.

Even if it was life in prison… it still wont bring back Austin.

I just hope karmelo can beat the statistics and actually change his life in prison.

  10. 4:15 and 35 years when the max was 99 and possible parole after half of the 35 is really light. Less than half of the max. Probably because he’s so young. Call me crazy cause it IS still murder and should be punished but I can understand that sentiment because he’s so freaken young

  11. 1. Karmelo wasnt even competing in the track event so shouldnt have been there or at the very least, should have been on with other spectators, not under ANY team tent
    2. He had a knife on school grounds which trumps any legal right to carry a weapon in public
    3. He MURDERED
He did everything wrong that day

  12. I don't know why so many people are surprised about this since I first heard about the case I know he would be found guilty. Just hearing the Initial facts about the case would have been a conviction. I think alot of people are really upset because of the go fund me raising all that money and he is still going to jail like that matters.

  13. Absolutely ridiculous take from someone that obviously has had their head under a rock and their eyes closed regarding this case.
    Unsubscribed.
    Get bent.

  14. America is a racist country anymore but make no mistake, it's not whites that are racist against blacks – although there are some. Black people are VERY racist against whites over a history that they did not experience and a history that this country has found hard to overcome. We are not systemically racist. We have laws that prevent and correct racism against minorities.

  15. As a Swede, to me it seems like anyone saying "aks" instead of "ask" hates white people and live in an echo chamber.

Also, every time someone (black or white) makes a speacah about black rights, they sound like Martin Luther King. It's kind of upsetting to me that they try to compare tmeselves and this to Martin Luther King's effort and the struggles of those times.

  16. This whole explanation seems to overlook the many other cases of white men killing other people of color and getting away with it based on the stand your ground law. I think that the kid was guilty. I think a lot of others were guilty who got away with it too. The problem is the law isn't being applied evenly. Also strange to say white people don't feel any way about black people based on this case. Look at literally any outlet cover this story on social media and see what is being said.
