  1. THIS FRAMEWORK WILLWORKFOR THOSE WHO HAVE THEIR SHARED ENEMIES AND INSURGENCIES THAT ARE ALWAYS THERE IN AFRICA UBTIL THIS FRAMEWORK IS DONE ALL OVER COUNTRIES SHARING ENIMIES IN AFRICA ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

  2. France and all the other forces based rhere at the time failed to stop the terrorists infact the terrorism became. so bold and spread even wider across the Sahel. France was pretending to be neutralising them but he was actually the one relocating them inro rhe deep forest to hide them for a greater attack on these countries.

  3. Africa waa not quite ready to face the terrorists as france and America has manged to disable our armies completely.
The AES needed to get propee training and weapons to fight terror. Thid is where Eussia came in after they xried out to france and America ro sell rhem weapons and rhey refused them the weapons needed ro fight. This is where Russia and China stepped in to help them.

  4. Looking at Subsahara as an informed German, I'm thinking 'EU' as as possible strategy. Protect your outside borders, open the inside ones. Speak with one voice towards the world and still keep your own languages and customs. Thus forming a diverse group profiting from different world views, cultures and ideas. But focussing them in one voice. I know the EU's got more problems than a dog has fleas 🙂 But look at it now: After the orange blob's stupid crusade, half the world (Canada, Mercosur, even Australia and Japan) is switching from the US to the EU in terms of trade, defense and global power. The EU has stopped being a geographical entity, it has become a geopolitical one. The Maghreb is the next logical step. And I so would like to see Subsahara join! African people shouldn't drown crossing the Mediterranean. They should sing!

  5. Thank you for the great analysis. But The Buhari government of Nigeria actually initiated this military coordination across each borders including late Idris Debby's Chad, it has been ongoing before the coup in the AES. Check it out
