Hundreds of African nationals have returned to their countries as a 30 of June deadline looms for so called irregular migrants to leave South Africa. That threat has raised fears of renewed violence. We speak to migrant families sleeping rough and find out what is fuelling the anger behind the protests.

After expelling 2% of the migrant population what next?
The job scarcity still remains.
Services become even more expensive.
The shops being vandalized lose SA employees.
I would love to follow through on the economic impacts.

I am from South Africa and this is sad. I love the diversity and the issues are not because of migrants, the issue is corruption in stealing the money that is meant for job and opportunity creation.

Africa will remember.

Their attacks on other Africans is a diversion from the real problem.The fundamental problem is that only a few people in South Africa have most of the wealth. This was taken during the apartheid era. In South Africa. 10% of the people own 85% of the wealth. 1% of the population own 55% of all national wealth. The top 0.01% (about 3500 people ) owns more net worth than 90% of the entire country. Conversely 90% of the people own only 15% of the wealth of the country. The bottom 50% of the population holds effectively zero or negative net worth, meaning their debts outweigh their assets. South Africa has the most unequal wealth distribution in the world. That is what they must address.

They say that they only welcome LEGAL inmmigrants but I’m pretty sure by the hatred in this video that they want them all out. Anyways we are already seeing all over the world these hate towards immigrants because people will always choose to be ignorant instead of fighting the people that provoke these situations. Praying for the well-being for those that are only trying to have a better life 😕
