Demographic Explosion (Massive Population Growth)
The Sub-Saharan Africa region has the highest population growth rates in the world, and its proportion of children and youth is the largest globally. This population increase is the root cause of poverty for both states and peoples, as well as all other problems in Africa.
Therefore, African countries must implement a one-child policy and delay marriage by educating youth from primary school through university to postgraduate studies. They should also distribute condoms and contraceptive pills, and raise awareness among the public about family planning.
Another problem is the local African languages; these languages should be forgotten and thrown into the trash because they are useless and only lead to a waste of time. Furthermore, these languages are a cause of poverty and time-wasting. All Sub-Saharan African countries must speak and write in English—the global language of science, knowledge, artificial intelligence, and technology. English must become the official language for all Sub-Saharan African countries, and French must be abandoned and replaced by English.
All African youth must be educated, trained, and provided with schools, universities, applied institutes, and vocational training centers in every inch of Africa. Rural populations must migrate to major cities, and witchcraft, sorcery, drugs, and alcohol must be strictly banned.
Finally, fruit-bearing, non-fruit-bearing, and forest trees, along with alfalfa (lucerne) seeds, must be planted across all of Africa using drones, so that the entire continent turns into green nature. Alfalfa seeds must be sown in the Sahara Desert during the winter season, as alfalfa can eliminate the desert.
To develop, the following must be achieved:
Clean Energy and Electricity: Provide electricity through clean energy by importing millions of solar panels from China and other countries, and building thousands of dams to generate hydroelectric power.
Education and Vocational Training: Develop education from primary levels to university and postgraduate studies for all African youth, alongside providing vocational training across all fields and trades for infrastructure construction.
Financing via "Partnership" not "Debt" (PPP): African countries must immediately stop taking sovereign loans that suffocate their people, and pivot toward the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) system. Companies (such as DP World, or Turkish and Moroccan firms) come and build the project using their own capital, manage it for 20 years to generate profit, and then hand it over to the African state for free (the BOT system – Build-Operate-Transfer).
Ensuring Security: Provide absolute security to attract investments. Without security, investors will not come. Security must be established through the police force and the widespread installation of surveillance cameras everywhere.
Fighting Crime: Combat theft, drugs, witchcraft, sorcery, alcohol, and criminals

Les populations rurales doivent migrer vers les grandes villes, et la sorcellerie, le charlatanisme, les drogues et l'alcool doivent être strictement interdits.
Enfin, des arbres fruitiers, non fruitiers et forestiers, ainsi que des graines de luzerne, doivent être plantés dans toute l'Afrique à l'aide de drones, afin que le continent tout entier devienne une nature verdoyante. Les graines de luzerne doivent être semées dans le désert du Sahara pendant la saison hivernale, car la luzerne permet d'éliminer le désert
Pour se développer, il faut impérativement réaliser ce qui suit :
Énergie propre et Électricité : Fournir de l'électricité à partir d'énergies propres en important des millions de panneaux solaires de Chine et d'autres pays, et en construisant des milliers de barrages pour générer de l'hydroélectricité.
Éducation et Formation professionnelle : Développer l'éducation du primaire jusqu'à l'université et aux études supérieures pour tous les jeunes africains, tout en renforçant la formation professionnelle dans tous les domaines et métiers liés à la construction d'infrastructures.
Le financement par le "Partenariat" et non par la "Dette" (PPP) : Les pays africains doivent immédiatement cesser de contracter des prêts souverains qui étouffent leurs peuples, et se tourner vers le système de Partenariat Public-Privé (PPP). Des entreprises (telles que DP World, ou des firmes turques et marocaines) viennent financer et construire le projet sur leurs propres fonds, le gèrent pendant 20 ans pour réaliser des bénéfices, puis le remettent gratuitement à l'État africain (le système BOT – Build-Operate-Transfer).
Assurer la Sécurité : Garantir la sécurité pour attirer les investissements. Sans sécurité, les investisseurs ne viendront pas. La sécurité doit être instaurée grâce aux forces de police et au déploiement de caméras de surveillance partout.
