Bennett College celebrates Student Government Association President Rashe’Aria Rogers-Hammond, who has been recognized in the November/December 2025 issue of Black College Today magazine. She appears alongside fellow 2025–2026 HBCU SGA Presidents, representing the next generation of courageous, capable and community-minded leaders shaping the future of historically Black institutions nationwide.
A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Rogers-Hammond is an Interdisciplinary Studies major who embodies the Bennett College tradition of sisterhood and service. Her academic focus reflects her commitment to developing a broad, solutions-driven perspective – one that will equip her to lead with clarity, creativity and compassion.
