The Ford Foundation in New York City has announced the appointment of DEBRA KROSZNER as vice president and chief external affairs officer. Kroszner previously served as a senior administrator at Yale Law School.

The Boston Arts Academy Foundation has announced the appointment of ALEXANDER ZAPATA to the position of director of engagement and alumni giving. Zapata is an adjunct professor of business at Suffolk University.

The California Health Care Foundation has announced the election of NINEZ A. PONCE to its board of directors. Ponce is director of the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research.

The Global Fund for Children in Washington, D.C., has announced the appointment of KELLY PETTIT to its board of directors. Pettit is managing director, chief compliance officer, and associate general counsel at General Atlantic.

The Local Initiatives Support Corporation in New York City has announced the selection of YVETTE ENCARNACION as chief people officer. Encarnacion previously led human resources for the corporate and Latin American teams at NBCUniversal-Telemundo.

The National Football Foundation in Irving, Texas, has announced the selection of DAVID FLORES as director of membership. Flores previously served as commissioner of the American Southwest Conference.
