I suggested to France,, that a plan be developed to build housing (generational homes, 3-5 stores for one family) for individuals who have fled, these areas in Africa and the Middle East. And then work out a deal for payment from these nations to house their people. (minerals, natural resources, as payment) including requirements to assimilate to learn German ways, French ways etc, in order to stay in the country. Unfortunately, As conflict becomes a real possibility, many of these individuals could face deportation.
