More than 40 000 undocumented illegal foreign nationals have been arrested since January this year in connection with contravening the Immigration Act. This is according to the Chairperson of Inter-ministerial Committee on Migration and Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi. Kubayi was also joined by Home Affairs Minister, Dr Leon Schreiber and Deputy Police Minister Dr. Polly Boshielo.
