In South Africa, there’ve been months of anti-immigrant protests and tensions.
Thousands of undocumented migrants are desperately trying to leave the country, ahead of a June the 30th deadline set by activist groups.
Anti-migrant protests are planned for Tuesday and foreigners living across South Africa fear that they could be targeted.

It's time that we all fix our own problems. People from around the world should now stay and live in their countries of origin and fix the various problems themselves rather than migrating for economic reasons or accepting migrants because it's expedient and advantgeous in papering over the cracks for failed Government policy. I speak from the UK where we import thousands of migrants every year for economic and labor reasons but it also causes local tensions. It's time that we all fix our own problems.

If immigrants were responsible for setting up that grocery store and importing the goods sold in it, they couldn't possibly be "stealing" South African jobs, now could they? These are peaceful marches. Protests are meant to push the government to act, and the right to protest is protected by the constitution. What did they expect—are they disappointed there wasn’t blood and widespread looting? People on the receiving end just no longer want unknown, untraceable individuals in their neighborhoods anymore. It’s not a good idea.
