Oh yes, I've had the same experience with a box of OJ, with mold in bottom extra bottom in box. Sent evrrything they ssk for including the box and just a letter they're not taking responsibility so its typical . They're too big for small consumer. Stopped buying the brand.

I've consumed so many metal particles over the last few months it's now worrying for me because I (USED TO) purchase that sugar. Now, I would never dare buy anything from that company nor associates of that company.

Interestingly, I've been straining my sugar for years (after mixing it out in water). No matter what brand, at least 80% of the time some little black stuff etc would remain after straining.

Very surprised by this response from the bureau of standards. I have made reports to them in the past and they responded promptly. Even if they determine that it is not their jurisdiction they should help put him in touch with the correct person
