Rwanda-backed rebels have released a video to support their claims. The video shows M23 rebels capturing 20 fighters from the FDLR and handing them over to Rwanda at a border post between the two countries. However, the DR Congo military has called the video fake, claiming Rwanda took old FDLR prisoners, dressed them in new military uniforms, and falsely presented them as newly captured in Goma. Kinshasa calls it an attempt to discredit its army and a strategy to justify the invasion of parts of the DRC’s territory. Meanwhile, the Ugandan army says its troops have captured Mahagi town in DRC’s Ituri province, which borders Uganda.

The general captured was fighting along with FARDC, he is very known in 1994 involved in Rwanda genocide. He was on wanted list but was employed by Congolese government in their army.

Germany was the Berlin Conference in 1884-1885 which divided Africa into new borders, which led to some of the population becoming Congolese, and now the DRC government is killing them and expelling them from the country calling them foreigners (Rwandans), because they look like Rwandans and speak the same language that's why the DRC government is lying that it was attacked by Rwanda. Belgium (colonized DRC, Rwanda & Burundi) issued ethnic IDs in Rwanda to divide Rwandans, and Belgium was the one who expelled the Tutsi from Rwanda in 1959. France helped the government of Juvenal Habyarimana (former president of Rwanda) to commit genocide against the Tutsi in 1994 (killing over 1,000,000), and France helped the perpetrators of the genocide to flee to the DRC and establish the FDLR. Now I see Western countries are back to exterminate the Tutsi. Western countries ignored the ethnic-based killings & genocide carried out by the DRC government with their co-offenders of Fdlr, Wazarendo and the burundian army due to bribes received from the DRC government. Stand up to fight this bad plan of Tchisekedi, burundi president & western countries.
