  1. Professor PLO Lumumba never minces his words — and this conversation is no exception.

    👇 What do YOU think?

    — Is Captain Traoré Africa’s next Sankara, or something else entirely?
    — Should Kagame be ranked among the continent’s greatest leaders?
    — Why is Africa so quiet about the Congo crisis?
    — Can we still believe in the dream of a united Africa?

💬 Drop your thoughts below — and keep it respectful, insightful, and Pan-African.

  2. It just goes to show, that PLO Lumumba, is a fake intellectual and a puppet of the Rwanda. This why I am never a pan Africanist. It’s a bunch of hogwash. To say that the 2 Kabila had goodwill, just shows you how out of his depth he is on the issue of the Congo.

  3. It is Rwanda and Uganda that are in the business of destabilising the Congo. Both countries had military and continue to have military in the Congo. His pessimism about the Tshisekedi will be confounded. We the Congolese will never be slaves to the Rwandan thugs.

  4. The man who speaks and you don't need him to stop, PLO is a great african history will tell for centuries to come. Africa must rise and it is possible. The time is now.

  5. Prof. Lumumba,
I am particularly concerned about a very strong African Media you mentioned.
    This is extremely important.

Africa is chiefly fed by the poisoned meal served by CNN, BBC & FRANCE. Unfortunately, many Africans have naive and gullible minds to the sad effect that they can't read in between lines so as to be able to sieve out facts from fiction. They swallow the poison that served to subtly discredit Africa whole.

Nature abhors vacuum. If you cannot say this is whom I am, outsiders will give you a fabricated identity.

  6. Thank you Longform, as a student of Prof. PLO Lumumba, I admire his teachings, but I disagree with him on some views. Ask him:

    1. Can a Pan-Africanist truly succeed without challenging the political elite they often align with?

    2. How does the political orientation of Western-aligned leadership in Africa contrast with the ideological commitments of Pan-Africanist and anti-imperialist movements?

  7. I love listening and learning from PLO Lumumba: hi intellect and love for Africa is beautiful, inspirational and infectious. This podcast is quickly becoming my favorite podcast because all of its interviews, that I have watched, show African intelligence, excellence and superiority. I love to see it!❤🦾🙏

  8. wow, I am blown away by how much of africa I know nothing about. I am from cameroon, hearing someone out of cameroon echo the worries of the nation is a breath of fresh air. the Prof is wiser than his age, for lack of a better qaulifier of his intellect.

  9. What a great man. PLO Lumumba is a hope for the whole world – not only for Africa. The leaders of Europe and United States are only greedy for money, they are selfish and kill people for satisfying their ill interests.
People like PLO Lumumba and Jeffrey Sachs are telling the truth, the reality.

  10. By far one of the most beautiful conversations I’ve sat through
Excellent Questions and Great answers, very informative stuff

    Thank you Long form
    Thank you Prof

  15. Nairobi is not the richest city in east Africa bana…tuachange ujinga….all those slums, aii…living standards za wengi ziko below average…

  16. God has given mother Africa to Africans and has elect Captain Ibrahim Troure as our Revolution Leader who remains in justice who love and care people before his needs while other Leaders are corrupt benefiting themselves.

  17. Prof Lumumba never loses the ball. If you don’t lose the ball you don’t lose the game.

Essentially it all comes down to forthright and disciplined leadership. Paul Kagame exemplifies it, he’s a trail blazer for Ibrahim Traore and the other AES leaders.

  18. Why you can’t name the country that is the tragedy of Africa n its starts with me and you where is our freedom is speech if you not lying PLO am so disappointed for the first time

  19. Our problem we talk too much and do nothing. Why can't we do things in silence and shark ourselves for once… stop telling them everything we are planning that's the problem we have!
